Yes, I am very dissatisfied With Big M, Radcliff, KY. I have had more issues dealing with these people from getting financed to having to pay hidden fees before I could drive the car off the lot. Additionally, I was told we would keep our old plates, "we will take the tags off the trade in and send them to the clerk and they will be reassigned them to the new vehicle," so they said. I bought an as is vehicle about 6 weeks ago and still do not have my tags yet, getting ready to be in touch with the attorney general and make a formal complaint as not one person will even tell me what the problem is and just pass me about. This dealer is not to be trusted. I would give them a half star but you cannot.
Let me start by saying everyone I spoke with was very nice and greeted me with a smile; however, my experience left much to be desired and here is why. I found a vehicle I was interested in via the USAA car buying service at Big M. I e-mailed back and forth with one of their "BDC Representatives" whom was very slow in all of her responses. Sales sucked! They are so confused about what they are selling and doing! Service even worse!! My young pregnant daughter took her car in to have recalls fixed on it. Before going in car drove just fine. When recalls were done being fixed she had to go immediately to work and her car was shaking going 20mph. Came out of work and her tire was destroyed with two large punctures in the tire. Luckily she didn't have a blow out going down the road. I recently had my 2011 2500 hd serviced, best experience ever. As soon as I drove in I was greated with smiles. The service manager call and explained everything to me like I was a person not a number. The entire service staff is incredible.... 2 thumbs up!!
I went to Big M Chevrolet off Preston HWY and had a terrific experience. ( unlike i did at other used car louisville lots) It seemed like I checked every car Chevy dealer in Louisville, but BIG M on Preston was the only one with a good inventory, AND nice people. I went their looking for a used Chevy Malibu, with low miles and the newer body style. They had a couple different ones to choose from and were very helpful in my search.
